To further its mission to end sexual and domestic violence, LACASA has developed a community education and prevention program with the goal to advance community change. The program's services include adult training and presentations, consultation on comprehensive protocols for business and community agencies, and education for county youth. All of the program's services are free of charge to any community school, church, business, organization or agency. |
Community Education

Specialized Trainings & Presentations:
Trainings on sexual assault and domestic violence are provided to professional groups, businesses, community agencies and religious organizations. Topics include: the nature and prevalence of sexual and domestic violence; the effects of this violence on children and teens; behavioral indicators of abuse; and how to respond to suspected and disclosed abuse. Presentations range from one hour to full-day trainings and may be specialized to fit your individual needs. |
