Volunteers are a vital component in the accomplishment of LACASA’s mission. Each year many volunteers assist with everything from yard work and bulk mailing to crisis line counseling and fundraising events.
As a volunteer there are many options for service with LACASA. Many volunteers help with annual events and administrative work while others complete volunteer training in order to work with our direct service programs.

Volunteer training is held three or four times each year. All aspects of our domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse programs are covered. The sessions are generally divided as follows:
