LACASA recognizes that there is an urgent need to provide assistance to youth who are choosing violence in their behavior and relationships.
Two groups are offered to address this need for youth aged 13 to 17.
1. SAFE - Safe Alternatives for Everyone
The focus of this group is on prevention and education for youth who are beginning to choose violence as an option in their behavior and relationships.
2. Youth Alternatives to Violence
This is a therapeutic treatment-based group for youth who have witnessed domestic violence in their home and have begun to repeat the cycle of violence by becoming abusive to parents or their siblings |
